Apresentar os Conceitos, Métodos e Estudos de Caso em Engenharia de Resiliência, referenciando a Análise do Trabalho Cognitivo (Cognitive Task Analysis), provendo elementos básicos para o desenvolvimento de soluções no domínio da informática e das engenharias.
